Beware of counterfeit tools

Many fake tools are being offered for sale on construction sites - most usually Makita or DeWalt lookalikes. Makita (UK) Ltd have taken the lead by forming an alliance of all the major power tool manufacturers to combat this activity. Don't fall for the short term saving, these tools are poor quality, without warranty, have a minimal professional life and are a complete waste of money. Buy only genuine tools from a reputable dealer.
